Fees for installation of Lift in existing
building U/S 410
Fees for installation of lift in cases where Building Rules
are required to be relaxed shall be Rs. 2500/- per SqM. of Ground
Covered area of the Lift for residential building and in case
of Office/Commercial/Factory etc. Rs. 10,000/- per SqM. of ground
covered area of the lift shall be charged.
Sanction fee for Roof Garden if sanctioned
as per Norm
Roof Garden with restaurant or commercial will be charged
for effective covered area on roof as per Table 1 & 2
considering commercial rates including all the charges.
Fees for issuing work permit in advance
up to plinth level
10% of basic sanction fees in case of normal sanction fees
will be charged. Approval of the authority will be necessary
in case work permit is to be issued for construction beyond
the plinth level. An Undertaking as will be decided by the
department shall have to be submitted by the applicant in
this respect.
Fees for revised sanction
If any revised plan is submitted in modification to a sanctioned
building plan within its validity period then the higher of
the following amounts will have to be paid by the applicant
for revised sanction -
1) The amount of sanction fees including all other charges
but excluding drainage development charges as per present
submitted plan on the basis of present rate in excess of
the amount paid during initial sanction.
2) 25% of the sanction fees as per present rate including
all other charges but excluding drainage development fees.
3) If it is found that more than such payable amount is
already paid during initial sanction no refund will be made.
However at least 25% of the present sanction fees including
all other charges but excluding drainage
development charges shall have to be paid for obtaining
revised sanction. Drainage Development fees will be applicable
as per norm.
For any change of ownership of a sanctioned building plan
within the validity period, where mutation has already been
done and Architect/LBS/ESE is identical with previous sanctioned
plan can be dealt for change into new ownership on realisation
of 10% of basic sanction fees as processing fee. The expiry
date of new sanction for change of ownership will be same
as the previous sanction.
Fees for Swimming Pool
1) Total fees as will be applicable for the covered
area of the galleries considering respective scale of fees
and charges has to be levied. 50% of the covered area of the
galleries will be taken into consideration for all practical
purposes.
2) In addition to above, 10% of the total area of the
water body will be taken into consideration as covered area
for application of fees and charges for all practical purposes
Area of the bank will not be considered for any fees.
