Note: -
In case of Govt./Govt. Aided Educational Institution and for Housing Complex under Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Govt. Undertakings Stacking Fees may be charged at 50% of the above rates.
Table 3A :: Waste Water Charges
Covered space from bottom upto First Floor Level in case of Masonry Building Rs 7 per SqM
For every successive upper floor Rs 7 per SqM
Covered space from bottom upto the height of 14 Ft in case of structures with Masonry walls, CI or Asbestos or Ranigunge Tiles roofing Rs 3 per SqM
For Construction of Structure with Masonry walls, CI or Asbestos or Ranigunge Tiles roofing over existing structure Rs 2.50 per SqM
Table 3B :: Fees for Drainage Development
For Ward 7 to 100 Rate = (A/10 + 30) Rupees per SqM of Covered Area subject to maximum of Rs 100/- per SqM of Covered Area. Where A is the total proposed covered area of the Building or Total Land Area which ever is higher
Total payable Amount of Drainage Development Charge is( Rate x Total Covered Area)
In Ward 1 to 6 and 101 to 141 Rate = (A/10 + 50) Rupees per SqM of Covered Area subject to maximum of Rs 150/- per SqM of Covered Area.

i. No Drainage Development Fee shall be Charged for the Cases where Building Plan have been sanctioned before 09/07/1999.
ii. There shall be no Drainage Development Fee for the cases having Sanction Plan in respect of Regularization of any Building u/s 400 (1) and 416 of the KMC Act 1980 and dealing under Rule 25(2)(a) and 25(2)(b) of Building Rules 1990 and Issuance of Occupancy Certificate and doing Renovation work (if no space is generated) if Building Plan have been sanctioned before 09/07/1999.
iii. No Drainage Development Fee will be charged in cases of Renovation where no space is generated even if the Sanction is accorded after 09/07/1999.
iv. In case of Revalidation of Building Sanction Plan full Drainage Development Fee shall be charged for the remaining portion even if it is paid at the time of initial sanction. No Drainage Development Fee, however, is to be charged for the Plan which expires before completing of five years from the date of sanction due to non-commencement within two years.
